Silent Auction
- We can attend/Drop off /or mail items
- We will provide items that fit your needs~
Everything is on consignment and you will
make all $$ above set consignment prices
- If mailing items we will pay for %50 of
shipping cost ~ You will make all the $$$
above set consignment pricing
Raffle Tickets
- Provide the item(s) to raffle- Will provide
pictures to promote items ahead of time
- Provide the vacation to raffle - Pictures /
Details / Links to look over
- Create the Raffle tickets for
your organization
- Print the Tickets
- Organize the tickets into
envelopes for you to distribute
- Provide excel sheet for you to
organize your details
- Help you promote through
KT Lynn Events social sites
- YOU will need to obtain the Raffle License #

Fundraising Consult
- Meet for an hour in my office, on zoom,
at your committee meeting (additional
fee over an hour away)
- Discuss details for your event
- Discuss new and current fundraising
ideas that may fit your group
- Discuss silent auction ideas
Attend the Event
- YOU provide me with event details
- You provide table space & linen if possible
- I set items up professionally
- I monitor items & sellllllll!!!
- I take in the Money
- You Provide a W9
- I tear down the event
- I write a check to your organization
Drop off/Pick Up
- I drop off items with a detailed
list of prices and description
- You are responsible for the care of these items
- You set up and take in the money
- You write me a check for the consignment price
- I pick up what does not sell
- Items can range from my whole inventory

Mail Items
- I mail a small/medium/large box of items

neon signs, tin signs, shirts, and tumblers
- I will pay %50 of the shipping price!

- You write me a check for the
consignment price
- You mail back what does not sell
